Gum health: the Infrared Edition. It runs 625nm red with 850nm near infrared, which travels further into the tissue, reaching the deeper connective tissue, the periodontal ligament and the bone. Built for inflamed gums and periodontal support.
Everyday care: the Heliored Dual. 625nm red with 470nm blue, which targets bacteria.
Whitening: the Heal & Whiten bundle, the Dual with three Whitening Elixirs.
How long is a session?
Fifteen minutes. The built-in timer turns the LEDs off automatically. We recommend at least three sessions a week.
Will the device fit me?
The mouthpiece is flexible rather than rigid and fits a wide range of sizes. If you are unsure, email us and we will send more photos and video.
Can I use the Whitening Elixir with the Infrared Edition?
The Elixir is activated by 470nm blue light, and only the Heliored Dual has blue light. Use it with the Dual in blue or dual mode. The Infrared Edition runs red and near infrared, so it will not activate the Elixir.
How do I clean it?
Do not submerge the device. Use a soft brush on the mouthpiece only, then place it in the case and charge to run the UV sterilisation.
