How to use.

Charge and sterilise

Drop the device in its case. It charges while UV light sterilises it.

Wear for 15 minutes

Pop it in and let the built-in timer run. Only the red LEDs glow, the near infrared is invisible.

Three times a week

Little and often. Most people use it in the evening alongside their normal routine.

Who is the Infrared Edition for?
Anyone who wants to put gum health first. It is built for tender, puffy or inflamed gums, for people keeping an eye on periodontal health, and for recovery after dental work.
Infrared Edition or Dual: which should I buy?
Choose the Infrared Edition if gum and periodontal health is the priority, because near infrared reaches the ligament and bone. Choose the Heliored Dual for everyday oral health, or the Heal and Whiten bundle if whitening matters most.
How does it support collagen?
Collagen is the protein that keeps gum tissue firm. Red and near infrared light are absorbed by the mitochondria in your cells, giving the fibroblasts that build collagen more energy to work with.
Does it work with the Whitening Elixir?
No. The Elixir is activated by 470nm blue light, which only the Heliored Dual has. The Infrared Edition runs red and near infrared.
Why can I only see red light?
850nm sits just beyond what the eye can detect, so only the 20 red LEDs appear lit. The 12 near infrared LEDs are working alongside them.
How long is a session?
Fifteen minutes. The built-in timer switches it off automatically. Use it at least three times a week.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the mouthpiece gently with a soft brush and do not submerge it. Place it in the case to charge and sterilise with UV light.
